About Us

I understand that disordered eating, food and body image challenges are totally unique to the person experiencing them. I’ll get to know you personally so that our work together is tailored specifically to help you. I will become your partner on your recovery adventure and support you as you navigate your way. You are the only thing that stands between you and your recovered future. Choosing to walk with me may be the bravest thing you’ll ever do. I welcome the opportunity to be of service.

My Mission

My mission is to perform my work to the highest possible standards using a trauma-informed approach and to offer practical help for clients in the here and now to deal with the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that arise in real time. I strive to be open and curious and to serve my clients from a perspective that sees them not as ‘broken’ or in need of ‘fixing’ but as having developed coping strategies for life that are no longer helpful and instead are acting as barriers to a happy and fulfilling life.
